Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leaders and their teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process business expenses and assist with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and track headcount and organizational data using internal systems.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with expense reporting, budgeting, or financial tracking.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with in-office presence in Redmond, WA.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting teams during organizational changes or restructuring.
  • Familiarity with HR or headcount tracking systems like Employee Central.
  • Exposure to procurement processes and vendor coordination.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
