Forward Deployed Architect (Fintech): Implementing and optimizing AI-driven finance operations for global enterprises with an accent on value delivery and process optimization. Location: Office-based in Amsterdam (5 days/week). Must have the right to live and work in the Netherlands. 40% travel across Europe.

A FinTech unicorn providing an Agentic AI platform for the Office of the CFO to automate end-to-end finance processes.

What you will do

• Identify technology and process improvements to drive business outcomes such as DSO reduction and increased auto-match rates.
• Conduct deep-dive audits of client finance workflows to identify and eliminate friction points and bottlenecks.
• Design and execute adoption playbooks to ensure the AI platform becomes the core of client finance operations.
• Lead monthly operational committees with client SMEs and prepare executives for Steering Committees using data-driven narratives.
• Manage client requests using the 80/20 rule to prioritize changes that drive the highest impact.
• Orchestrate internal Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams to solve critical escalations and lead post-mortem strategies.

Requirements

• Experience as a trusted advisor leading meetings with Finance Directors and subject-matter experts.
• Expertise in data analysis and using value vs. complexity matrices to solve business problems.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of approximately 20 customers.
• Proven ownership and bias for action within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Legal authorization to live and work in the Netherlands.
