Facilities Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead MEP engineering projects throughout the procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance lifecycle.
• Oversee ongoing operations and maintenance for HVAC, electrical, security, and fire protection systems.
• Manage technical drawings, documentation, and reports for large-scale industrial infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate the capital expenditure (CAPEX) process, ensuring technical specifications, budgets, and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with authorities (AHJ) to secure building permits and ensure all final inspections are obtained.
• Develop and implement process and design solutions to improve facility readiness with minimal business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of professional experience with the design or build of MEP building systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Memphis, TN.

Nice to have

• Direct field experience managing aerospace or heavy industrial construction projects.
• Expertise in critical power infrastructure, including UPS systems, backup generators, and ATS.
• Knowledge of NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and International Building Code (IBC) standards.
• Experience in conceptual design, budgeting, and contract management for large capital projects.
