Salary: Base $105,000 + Commission $36,750

What you will do

• Manage all assigned customer renewals to ensure smooth and timely contract execution.
• Engage customers proactively to identify upselling or resizing opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and cancellation requests to maximize retention.
• Collaborate with account teams to prepare renewal or termination documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and CRM data in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be based in the United States.
