Program Manager, Marketing Services (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Shakopee, MN (3+ days in office per week)

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and motivate a diverse six-person team toward a results-driven, high-performing culture.
• Develop and execute annual and 3-year program plans, including service offerings and financials.
• Manage and optimize end-to-end program processes to ensure efficient delivery of services in a high-paced environment.
• Oversee vendor relationships through MBRs and QBRs to ensure top solutions and value.
• Coordinate cross-functional integrations within the tech stack to build user-friendly web-based interfaces.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders in the US and Denmark to align commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in agency or program management.
• Proven ability to develop and lead B2B and B2B2C programs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Shakopee, MN office.

Nice to have

• Graduate level degree.
• Program or Project Management Professional Certificates.
• Experience in the medical device, hearing, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Content development experience, particularly from an advertising agency background.
