Senior Technical Program Manager, Developer Experience (Cloud/AWS)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional software programs and projects in the Digital Platform space.
• Lead programs related to Developer Experience, cloud capabilities, security, and privacy by design.
• Define requirements, scope, goals, schedules, resources, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate program processes, track execution, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate impediments.
• Coordinate product managers, engineering managers, program managers, stakeholders, and sponsors across multiple geographies.
• Communicate delivery status, changes to objectives and schedules, accomplishments, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of program management experience working with multiple agile, product, or platform teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile software development tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in a modern cloud-based software product development environment, including cloud-native AWS.
• Strong developer experience background.
• PSM or CSM certification.
• Experience with medical devices or regulated environments.
