Salary: $143,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate project and program-level processes, drive execution, escalate impediments, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement.
• Define project scope, set schedules, ensure timely delivery of value, and address resource constraints and dependencies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and stakeholders to align with business commitments.
• Manage and communicate changes to planning objectives, schedules, and product configurations.
• Provide regular status updates on accomplishments, plans, and issues.
• Perform work in specialized areas requiring deep understanding of principles and manage changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of Program Management experience with agile, product, and/or platform teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Outstanding time management, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in modern cloud-based software development, especially AWS and developer experience
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications
• Experience with medical devices or regulated environments
