What you will do
- Translate client goals and business objectives into achievable Media KPIs and audience targeting, advising on the most effective media channels.
- Activate and manage paid media plans across specific channels, including platform segmentation and scalability to increase spend effectively.
- Drive cross-channel and in-platform optimization, monitor digital spend and performance pacing, and ensure campaigns are live/paused/ended.
- Define KPIs and objectives per brand/product/service, ensure proper tagging for measurement, and lead media optimization meetings.
- Approve media invoices against platform spend and follow required media operations processes.
- Collaborate with Paid Media Strategists, Campaign Managers, and other service lines (Analytics, Account Management, Project Management) to deliver client outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of paid digital media experience; agency experience is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of paid social platforms, particularly Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok, plus programmatic DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Experience activating paid media plans aligned to an overarching strategy and using data for audience segmentation.
- Understanding of paid media measurement and optimization.
- Experience managing and/or mentoring direct reports.
