What you will do

• Own day-to-day creative direction for evergreen paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Write compelling creative briefs that translate business goals into actionable direction for designers and external partners.
• Develop UGC and testimonial-style content by analyzing account trends, reviews, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and agencies to move assets from ideation to final production.
• Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts to optimize performance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance insight generation and accelerate production speed.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or DTC copywriting.
• Hands-on experience producing or briefing direct response ads and UGC content.
• Strong written communication and brief-writing skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with designers and external creative partners.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York or Princeton offices on a hybrid schedule.
