What you will do

  • Develop and execute always-on editorial plans for X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Manage a 1-2 week rolling content pipeline, adapting to real-time sports and cultural developments.
  • Produce and optimize content tailored to the specific best practices of each social platform.
  • Track player, league, and team storylines to surface actionable insights for the broader team.
  • Conduct performance reporting to identify strengths, weaknesses, and inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing campaigns and tentpole events.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end social media management, including planning, creation, and analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of sports and culture storylines with strong editorial instincts.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media best practices and internet culture.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, robust content pipeline with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional partnerships.
