What you will do
- Lead setup, trafficking, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) and select direct partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather creative assets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, accurate campaign launches.
- Drive campaign QA and build best practices for reporting and budget pacing.
- Continuously assess tactics and optimize budget allocation across platforms to improve performance against KPIs (CPM, CPA, ROAS).
- Oversee weekly/monthly pacing, forecasts, and reconciliations; partner with finance and analytics for accurate spend reporting.
- Own partner relationships and work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing to align media execution with broader goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- At least 3 years of experience in media buying within a DSP; familiarity with DV360, Amazon DSP, or The Trade Desk is required.
- Experience managing paid video, mobile, display, and audio campaigns end-to-end (setup, optimization, reporting).
- Strong understanding of digital media performance metrics and ability to report insights (KPI performance, creative analysis, pacing).
- Analytical, proactive mindset with ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines across stakeholders.
