What you will do

• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and field walkdowns.
• Review IFA and IFC design packages for functionality and constructability.
• Develop detailed installation and commissioning test plans based on outage sequences.
• Generate apparatus and relay test letters, energization sequences, and high-risk evolution documents.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with PECO standards and project documentation.
• Support equipment energization and coordinate phase-out activities with testing personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commissioning Engineer.
• Significant experience with substation, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to work onsite as required for collaboration and project execution.
