What you will do

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical studies across multiple service lines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams and educating customers on operational services.
• Manage project financials, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operational teams to present services and support sales initiatives.
• Mentor and assist in the onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• PMP certification required
• 4–8 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% and hold a valid passport.
