What you will do

  • Manage legal operations workflows including liens, garnishments, bankruptcies, and subpoenas in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review, validate, and complete payment and legal requests with high accuracy and detailed documentation.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Support teams to resolve exceptions and support escalations.
  • Maintain detailed case records and audit trails for all legal and operational activities.
  • Investigate payment exceptions and account-related issues to identify root causes.
  • Monitor queues to ensure time-sensitive requests are completed within required deadlines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive customer and legal matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate case records.
  • Availability for flexible work hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Experience in payments, legal operations, financial services, or back-office support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is preferred.
