What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment including PLCs and power supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates according to safety and OSHA requirements.
• Plan and execute technical work based on electrical/mechanical theories and local codes.
• Advise line operators on safe operation procedures and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate performance and maintenance records for all identified equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues and provide training as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
• Must be based in Franklin, NH and able to work the 2nd shift (2:10 pm - 12:40 am).
• Proficiency in computer operation and PLC programming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high precision.
• Strong communication skills to interface effectively with line operators and management.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with cutting, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to cover other shifts as needed.
