What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following company and OSHA safety protocols.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) functions and conduct technical troubleshooting.
• Advise operators and line mechanics on safe operation procedures for mechanical components.
• Maintain detailed performance and maintenance records for key machinery.
• Assist and train other Maintenance Technicians in repair procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Accredited apprenticeship program certification in a technical field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems and Fanuc Controls.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing or implementing a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• High degree of precision working with minimum tolerances.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
