Law Firm Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing relationships with law firms to drive platform adoption with an accent on digital subscription workflows and referral channel optimization. Focus on building scalable partnership systems, conducting platform demos for legal professionals, and coordinating cross-functional lead flow.

Location: Must be based in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote).

Salary: $135,000–$185,000.

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of law firm relationships, from initial outreach to ongoing optimization.
  • Launch new partnerships with firms specializing in fund formation.
  • Conduct platform demos for attorneys and their clients to showcase subscription workflow value.
  • Train legal teams on platform usage and value positioning.
  • Establish partner review cadences, including monthly reports and QBRs.
  • Manage partner data and lead flow within the CRM in coordination with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical workflows to legal professionals.
  • Operational mindset with experience building systems, reports, and QBR materials.
  • Proven presentation ability for diverse audiences including paralegals and partners.
  • Must be able to work in the office in Greenwich, CT, Monday through Thursday.
