What you will do

• Guide applicants through the online prequalification process for auto loans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams.
• Identify and contact sales prospects to grow the dealer network.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from independent and franchise dealers.
• Train dealers on documentation requirements to ensure fast contract funding.
• Facilitate communication between all parties to finalize vehicle purchases efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Agoura Hills, CA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and web applications.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or the automotive industry is preferred.
