TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 (base, commission, and bonus)

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting and lead development for identified target accounts.
  • Schedule sales appointments for Account Executives using prepared and impromptu messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via LinkedIn and other communication channels.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and corporate sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, marketing, or banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the Fintech industry or experience selling to US-based financial institutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
