Senior Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving the full sales cycle for an AI-powered customer engagement platform with an accent on complex, multi-threaded deal management and consultative value-selling. Focus on building pipeline, influencing C-level stakeholders, and achieving quarterly revenue targets within the mid-market segment.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or hybrid in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA).

Compensation: $197,000 – $246,000 (Base + Variable).

What you will do

  • Identify and close net-new sales opportunities using a consistent, repeatable sales process.
  • Build and leverage relationships with C-level marketing executives to influence investment decisions.
  • Manage sales activity, including monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Present the product using value-based sales techniques alongside Solutions Consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and solutions, throughout the deal process.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to execute outbound prospecting plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience identifying and closing $100K+ ARR deals.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-threaded deals using a consultative approach.
  • Strong ability to build and source your own pipeline.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset toward professional development.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand technical solutions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with enterprise email marketing or marketing automation solutions.
  • Experience with sales tools like SFDC, Outreach, or Zoom.
  • Training in methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or Command the Message.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally using a team selling approach.
