What you will do

• Concept, film, and edit UGC-style content for paid social channels.
• Transform raw creator footage into polished, launch-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Produce platform-specific static ads for feed, stories, and reels.
• Manage the testing pipeline by producing fresh hooks, text overlays, and format variations.
• Utilize the LA studio regularly for production and support influencer shoots.
• Own file management, specs, and delivery to ensure seamless ad account integration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience producing content in UGC or paid social environments.
• Must be based in or near the LA/SoCal area with the ability to commit to regular studio days.
• Fluency in video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics including CTR, hook rate, and hold rate.
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a face of the brand.

Nice to have

• Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools like Higgsfield, Butter, or Sora.
• Proven ability to distinguish between brand creative and conversion-focused content.
