• Experiment with and leverage AI tools to drive workflow efficiencies.
• Edit stories and newsletters using the Smart Brevity style.
• Write stories and newsletter items as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, preferably in the Phoenix area.
• Experience in a fast-paced newsroom.
• Strong conversational writing and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Experience managing reporters at varying levels of seniority.
• Commitment to developing AI literacy and integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
