What you will do

• Identify, research, and develop compelling stories across products, customers, and brand initiatives.
• Translate complex financial wellness and retirement topics into clear, audience-focused narratives.
• Lead end-to-end production of multimedia content including video series and podcasts.
• Conduct research, interviews, scriptwriting, and editorial planning.
• Coordinate production schedules, shoot logistics, and post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in brand storytelling, editorial content, or video/podcast production.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven ability to interview executives and subject matter experts.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proficiency with production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Descript, or Final Cut Pro.

Nice to have

• Experience producing content within financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Experience launching or managing recurring content franchises or executive-led series.
