What you will do

• Ideate, script, and storyboard engaging lo-fi social content tailored to platform audiences.
• Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, and reactive copy that drives engagement.
• Shoot and edit mobile-first content using lightweight production setups.
• Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate across creative, strategy, and client services teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Manage and mentor small teams of community managers and social creatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York City.
• Proven experience in creating and managing social content with a strong portfolio (TikTok/Instagram focus).
• Deep understanding of internet culture, global trends, and platform-native storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience managing direct reports with a focus on team development.
