Salary: $97,300 – $131,700 CAD

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for assigned product portfolios.
• Develop positioning and messaging for new feature launches and adoption programs.
• Enable sales, support, and customer success teams to communicate product benefits effectively.
• Build and execute tactical marketing plans to increase feature adoption and support retention.
• Collaborate with customer insights and competitive intelligence teams to conduct market research.
• Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs using data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product marketing.
• Strong data-first approach using analytics platforms to inform program strategies and segmentation.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills for internal training and GTM strategies.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Experience working cross-functionally in an agile environment.

• Experience in Fintech or Payments.
