Salary: $100,000 – $140,000

What you will do
- Develop and own a comprehensive field marketing strategy across tradeshows, conferences, and executive events.
- Build integrated event campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify priority accounts and event investments that drive pipeline.
- Design memorable in-person and virtual experiences that strengthen brand awareness.
- Define success metrics and forecast event performance across registrations, meetings, and revenue influence.
- Analyze event performance and communicate business results and recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or integrated demand generation.
- Proven success building field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience planning and executing conferences, executive events, and webinars from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to forecast, measure, and communicate event performance using ROI metrics.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting results to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Experience marketing to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Compensation, Finance, or enterprise B2B software buyers.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
