What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance brand reputation and value proposition.
• Create and execute marketing tactics for internal and external stakeholders, including plan sponsors and advisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all client-facing materials and presentations.
• Manage response plans for urgent and crisis communication situations.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality written and visual content for newsletters, portals, and toolkits.
• Analyze industry trends and performance metrics to optimize future communication strategies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in English is required for daily collaboration with teams outside Québec.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in crisis communications and managing sensitive issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
