What you will do

• Plan and execute 12-20 concurrent events including conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycles including scoping, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Partners to ensure alignment on event deliverables.
• Oversee event budgets with discipline and proactively manage funding requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on campaign tracking and event reporting.
• Design registration pages and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven ability to project manage multiple events simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Strong experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Sales and partner stakeholders.
• No visa sponsorship available

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Canva.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
