Senior Analyst, People Analytics - Technology (AI)

Location: Hybrid in-office role in Seattle, Washington, or Boston, Massachusetts; Monday–Thursday in the office and Friday remote. This is not a fully remote position.

Annual base pay: USD 104,500–118,250, with the final range varying by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the analytics roadmap for insights, processes, dashboards, and analytics automations supporting the Technology talent organization.
• Identify opportunities for new analyses and projects aligned with Technology people strategy.
• Apply generative AI and agentic approaches to accelerate analysis, automate recurring work, and improve access to insights while maintaining quality and privacy standards.
• Develop and enhance predictive attrition models, including their rigor, interpretability, monitoring, and usefulness for retention decisions.
• Lead analyses across hiring, engagement, attrition, and team health in partnership with Talent Business Partners and central Talent teams.
• Translate complex data into recommendations for executive stakeholders, collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and HRIS, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment, in addition to any graduate education.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R, advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Looker, Visier, or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including data-driven narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems and connect insights to Talent and business strategy.
• Ability to work in the Seattle or Boston office Monday–Thursday. Commitment to confidentiality, data privacy, structured problem-solving, and timely execution is required.

• Master’s degree in a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with software development, applied research, product, or data science teams.
