Licensed Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from the United States; unrestricted U.S. work authorization required. Monday–Friday shifts are scheduled during 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST.

Salary: $74,000–$81,000 annually, plus bonus potential; top earners may reach $100,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Assess clients and support mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.
• Develop treatment plans and use comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Partner with clients to establish and achieve treatment goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Private work-from-home space that supports patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English required.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in other languages.
