Associate Therapist (Mental Health)

Location: Remote from the United States; Illinois listed as the role location. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required, with no employer sponsorship available.

Salary: $60,000–$63,000 annually, adjusted according to the clinician’s state of residence.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and partner with clients to achieve care goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Serve patients across the lifespan through commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare programs.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private home workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in other languages.
