Licensed Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from the United States; work from home with a private space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Monday–Friday schedules are available during 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EDT.

Salary: $74,000–$81,000 annually, plus bonus potential; total earning opportunity may reach $100,000 annually for top earners.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Assess and address mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Develop treatment plans in partnership with clients.
• Use comprehensive assessments to support clinical care.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and clinical licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Fluency in English.
• Private work-from-home space that supports patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve treatment goals.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
