Licensed Therapist (Mental Health)

Location: 100% remote from a home workspace in the United States; scheduled for 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $69,000–$76,000 annual base salary, with bonuses and total earning opportunities reaching $100,000 annually for top earners. Compensation varies by state of residence.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Assess mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Partner with clients to establish and achieve care goals.
• Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Serve patients across the lifespan through commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare programs.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and applicable clinical licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Temporary or employer-dependent visa-based employment authorization is not accepted.
• A private home workspace is required for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates.
• Experience with mental health or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.
