Salary: $262,200 – $406,400 USD (Seattle/DC range)

What you will do

• Drive the foundation's contributions toward immunization and infectious disease eradication goals.
• Lead a sub-team of technical experts in immunization, polio, malaria, and surveillance.
• Synthesize complex evidence to shape investment priorities and inform global health policy.
• Manage strategic relationships with internal Program Strategy Teams and external partners including governments and academic institutions.
• Allocate resources and budget across strategic priorities to maximize portfolio impact.
• Serve as a thought leader and advisor to the EGH Director on strategy and organizational direction.

Requirements

• 15+ years of domain expertise in infectious diseases, immunization, or disease control interventions.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with significant management responsibility for senior-level teams.
• Deep experience leading research, evidence synthesis, and knowledge-generation efforts.
• Proven track record in translating technical insights into actionable policy recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience working in low- and middle-income countries, with Sub-Saharan Africa experience strongly preferred.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
