TL;DR

Manager People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP): Partnering with business leaders to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans with an accent on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. Focus on building high-performing teams, coaching leadership, and utilizing data-driven insights to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California (Hybrid)

Salary: $128,000 – $160,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to build high-performing, engaged, and accountable teams.
  • Provide proactive coaching on organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent strategy.
  • Lead change management efforts for organizational redesigns and business transformations.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and engagement insights to identify trends and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal to resolve concerns and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Facilitate talent review and succession planning to identify high-potential talent and skill gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years in an HR business partner role.
  • Comprehensive experience in organizational design, development, and change management.
  • Proven ability to implement programs in workforce planning, talent management, and compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legal practices and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and business acumen.

Nice to have

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant HR certification.
