Location: Must be based in Universal City, California. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead and advise on complex employee relations issues and policy violations to ensure compliant practices.
• Drive key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation.
• Partner with leadership to design action plans addressing performance, culture, and operational challenges.
• Coach leaders on engaging, developing, and retaining talent to build a growth mindset culture.
• Manage end-to-end HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in employee relations and talent management.
• 3+ years of experience leading or developing HR professionals or project teams.
• Proven track record of designing and executing action plans and managing projects.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in HR Management or Organizational Development.
• Experience in union/represented environments.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
