Manager, Talent & Culture (HR Business Partner): Serving as a strategic partner to drive employee experience and business success with an accent on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Focus on designing and executing HR initiatives, managing complex employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture within a dynamic entertainment environment.
Location: Must be based in Universal City, California. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations issues and policy violations to ensure compliant practices.
- Drive key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation.
- Partner with leadership to design action plans addressing performance, culture, and operational challenges.
- Coach leaders on engaging, developing, and retaining talent to build a growth mindset culture.
- Manage end-to-end HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in employee relations and talent management.
- 3+ years of experience leading or developing HR professionals or project teams.
- Proven track record of designing and executing action plans and managing projects.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in HR Management or Organizational Development.
- Experience in union/represented environments.
- Background in retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
