Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (in-office at least 3 days per week)
Salary: $133,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of major strategic programs, such as organizational redesigns and specialized talent programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to functional leaders, providing HR expertise to guide decision-making and clarify complex issues.
- Manage stakeholders across all levels to align executive vision with team execution and cascade information effectively.
- Identify and resolve organizational system bottlenecks to implement scalable models that improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop data-driven workforce planning systems and insights to identify and bridge talent gaps.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and ER teams to ensure seamless execution of people solutions.
Requirements
- Recognized authority in HR business partnering within fast-paced or tech-heavy environments.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align senior leadership.
- Expertise in systemic problem solving and designing sustainable solutions.
- Ability to translate metrics into actionable plans and measure program success.
- Experience leading large-scale change management in ambiguous situations.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- 8-10+ years of progressive HRBP experience in scaling organizations.
- Experience partnering with Director or Senior Director level leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Certification preferred).
- Technology industry experience.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. approximately 10% of the time.
