Location: Must be based in or near Burbank, CA (Hybrid: Monday–Thursday onsite in Burbank, Friday remote).

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually.

• Partner with executive leaders to align People & Culture strategies with business priorities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to help teams scale.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide compliant guidance to leadership.
• Analyze engagement and retention trends to recommend proactive solutions.
• Support change management efforts through thoughtful planning and communication.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR or People & Culture experience, including significant employee relations expertise.
• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting creative, entertainment, studio, or gaming organizations.
• Demonstrated success in organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
