What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and engineering leadership on strategic HR guidance and organizational priorities.
• Lead the transformation toward an AI-native workforce by enabling upskilling and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Drive talent planning processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives and develop communications to drive alignment across global teams.
• Utilize workforce data to provide actionable recommendations on staffing, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting Technology or Engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence mid- to senior-level leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with exposure to transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of compensation programs and pay practices.
