Salary: $89,400–$150,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and engineering leadership on strategic HR guidance and organizational priorities.
- Lead the transformation toward an AI-native workforce by enabling upskilling and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Drive talent planning processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives and develop communications to drive alignment across global teams.
- Utilize workforce data to provide actionable recommendations on staffing, retention, and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting Technology or Engineering organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence mid- to senior-level leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with exposure to transformation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of compensation programs and pay practices.
