What you will do
- Partner with Product leaders to translate business priorities into talent, organization, and culture strategies that accelerate impact.
- Lead strategic talent initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Coach and advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, engagement, performance, and change management.
- Own high-impact special projects, including workforce data analysis, AI-enabled HR workflow improvements, and M&A integration work.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business Technology, and HR Centers of Excellence to drive aligned execution.
- Champion an inclusive, high-accountability culture while ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.
Requirements
- 15+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a multinational organization.
- Experience partnering with Product or technical organizations to implement people strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders through complex organizational decisions.
- Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
- Analytical strength to turn workforce data and AI-enabled tools into actionable insights.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Jose, California, USA.
