What you will do

• Partner with Product leaders to translate business priorities into talent, organization, and culture strategies that accelerate impact.
• Lead strategic talent initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, engagement, performance, and change management.
• Own high-impact special projects, including workforce data analysis, AI-enabled HR workflow improvements, and M&A integration work.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Technology, and HR Centers of Excellence to drive aligned execution.
• Champion an inclusive, high-accountability culture while ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a multinational organization.
• Experience partnering with Product or technical organizations to implement people strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders through complex organizational decisions.
• Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Analytical strength to turn workforce data and AI-enabled tools into actionable insights.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Jose, California, USA.
