Salary: $100,000 - $118,750 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

  • Partner with VP-level leadership to execute HR business strategies and drive key business results.
  • Develop and implement solutions for retention, change management, and leadership development.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing support to employees and managers.
  • Coach managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze employee data and surveys to provide insights for continuous improvement of the employee experience.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner or similar strategic role.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and experience managing complex issues.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
