People and Culture Business Partner (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States, Washington; up to 10% annual travel

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on relevant experience and skills

What you will do

• Partner with assigned business units on talent strategy, performance, team effectiveness, retention, and growth.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, talent changes, offer documentation, promotions, and HR system updates.
• Run performance management cycles, development planning, promotion processes, and talent relations activities.
• Support recruitment intake, job descriptions, interviews, offers, background checks, and consultant engagement governance.
• Manage salary list governance, headcount tracking, workforce planning, compensation updates, and HR reporting.
• Drive engagement analytics and AI-enabled improvements across HR workflows, reporting, inquiries, and process automation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1–2 years in a similar role or Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with HR analytics, HRIS, talent relations support, compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, conflict-resolution, prioritization, and change-management skills.
• High accuracy in HR transactions and system updates, with the ability to partner strategically with business leaders.
• Must work remotely from the United States, with up to 10% travel annually.

Nice to have

• SHRM certification or a degree in Human Resources.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and Paylocity.
