What you will do
- Serve as the primary P&C partner for assigned business units, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support.
- Manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of talent data in systems like Paylocity and SuccessFactors.
- Drive annual performance management processes, goal setting, and development planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to scope roles, refine job descriptions, and oversee consultant engagements.
- Lead Salary List (SL) management, headcount tracking, and budget alignment in coordination with Finance.
- Implement AI-enabled efficiencies to automate talent inquiries, reporting, and overall HR workflow optimization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1-2 years in a BP or HR Generalist capacity.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Strong proficiency in HR metrics, reporting, and technology integration.
- Experience with talent relations and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Nice to have
- SHRM certification or a specialized degree in Human Resources.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and Paylocity.
