Construction Superintendent

Location: Travelling; New Lebanon, Indiana; U.S. Remote. You will travel and live where the work is.

Salary: $155,000–$253,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Run field operations on a gigawatt-scale data center build, including sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production planning.
• Walk the job site daily and clear blockers involving RFIs, materials, access, and inspections.
• Enforce quality and safety standards at the workface.
• Coordinate construction activities with commissioning so systems are completed in the required startup sequence.
• Help develop repeatable, modular data center construction methods for large-scale deployment.

Requirements

• Experience superintending heavy industrial or mission-critical construction while meeting project schedules.
• Ability to sequence trades and identify clashes before they affect delivery.
• Strong credibility with inspectors and foremen.
• Experience closing out punch lists and maintaining completed work.
• Willingness to travel and live where the work is located.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center MEP-heavy builds.
• Modular installation experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Commissioning handover experience.
