Salary: $159,500 - $271,200 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex technical projects supporting engineering operations, PLM systems, and ERP integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and comprehensive project plans.
• Drive project execution from initiation through implementation, including schedule management and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate process improvements and system enhancements for engineering change management and product data governance.
• Manage project governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates.
• Support user adoption through communication, process documentation, and change management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Proven experience managing technical projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of PLM systems, with hands-on experience in ENOVIA or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems, including BOM and engineering change records.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training.
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise system implementation.
• Knowledge of engineering product structures and PLM-to-ERP integrations.
