What you will do

• Enforce governance models and operating rhythms across complex workstreams.
• Manage program-wide resource demand, capacity planning, and financial forecasting.
• Lead tollgate governance processes to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintain integrated program plans and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• Develop program dashboards and translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
• Oversee Agile execution and align sprint velocity with program-level milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management or large-scale transformation delivery.
• Strong expertise in resource management, cost management, and financial governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology transformation programs such as ERP or mainframe modernization.
• Background in client-facing consulting or delivery environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise PMO frameworks.
