What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Manage project lifecycle, milestones, and deliverables within a fixed-price contract structure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams and clients.
• Monitor project scope, budget, and resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, UAT, and stakeholder reporting.
• Manage change requests and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 14+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering 2–3 end-to-end ITSM implementations in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in managing projects under fixed-price contracts.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to work hybrid in New York City.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.

Nice to have

• PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience in US public sector or government projects.
