What you will do
- Collaborate with customers to define project objectives, scope, budget, and resource plans for D365 F&O implementations.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and manage the transition to delivery teams.
- Facilitate status meetings, manage project risks, and lead mitigation plans in collaboration with clients.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle and manage escalations across multiple teams.
- Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps to deliver project work.
- Lead senior business executive meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing software implementation deployments, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CE/CRM.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder status is mandatory.
- Ability to travel 25-50% as required by project needs.
- Proven experience working in a Consultancy environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong leadership, teambuilding, and consensus-driven management skills.
Nice to have
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps.
- Background in manufacturing or distribution industries.
