What you will do

• Manage small, straightforward projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities across different teams and departments to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Complete engineering design tasks in mechanical or controls engineering scope.
• Write and execute acceptance testing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Proven ability to manage projects of moderate complexity and scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and financial tracking.
