TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS/Fintech): Driving revenue pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for Account Executives with an accent on high-volume outbound prospecting. Focus on building meaningful connections with church and nonprofit leaders to understand their community engagement challenges.

Location: Must be based in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA

Salary: $70,000 OTE ($24.04/hr + $20k variable)

What you will do

  • Make at least 70 cold outbound calls daily to potential customers.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day for Account Executives via phone, email, and text.
  • Prospect 5-10 accounts daily while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Conduct value-based discovery to understand prospect needs and articulate the hirify.global value proposition.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to manage follow-ups and build pipeline.
  • Invite church leaders to webinars and educational events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in an approved US state (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA).
  • Must have authorization to work in the US (E-Verify used).
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency including Mac OSX, Google Platforms, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
  • Ability to work in a metric-driven, high-volume call center environment.
