Sales Development Representative

Salary: $19.47 - $25.88 per hour (approx. $40k - $53k annually)

What you will do

• Perform outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline.
• Follow up on inbound sales inquiries to qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings and demos for sales Territory Managers.
• Promote company events and webinars within the assigned region.
• Research target accounts for outbound campaigns.
• Manage and update contact and account databases in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a client support role.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Columbia, MD.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is highly preferred.
