Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Financial Analyst: Managing and analyzing business segments in accordance with accounting principles and company policies with an accent on financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis. Focus on ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations while supporting cross-departmental financial tools and procedures.

What you will do

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close procedures.
• Review account reconciliations and conduct functional analysis of P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with internal departments to implement effective financial analysis tools.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in internal and external books.
• Remediate identified control and internal audit gaps in accordance with SOX.
• Apply US GAAP standards to complex transactions and evaluate financial data.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience (or 2-year FADP graduate with 1 year of experience).
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Hyperion Planner, and SAP.
• Ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
